You can report any workplace concern including patient/resident safety issues, abuse or neglect, fraud or financial irregularities, harassment or discrimination, breach of regulations, professional misconduct, data protection violations, and any other serious workplace issues that may affect service users, staff, or the organisation.
Under UK law (Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998), whistleblowers are protected from retaliation or victimization. CareWhistle's anonymous reporting system provides an additional layer of protection. If you experience any form of retaliation, this should be reported immediately through the same system.
